A program designed to promote mental wellness, cognitive fitness, and lifetime learning in a Christian setting. The activities are designed to tap on the participant’s working and long-term memory, as well as other cognitive processes, and provide the entire brain with the appropriate stimulus. Activities include listening to Bible devotions, reciting memory verses, doing reading and writing exercises, and learning new skills/hobbies, e.g., drawing, painting, playing musical instruments, etc. For seniors aged 50 years and above.
